SMASHING RUNS AND RECORDS
It was a big year with two T20 Cricket World Cups coming to Australia. We knew T20 had a different audience to Test loyalists, so we treated the double tournament less like a sporting event and more like a festival, branding it as “The Big Dance”.
We turned to motion capture to showcase the cricketing action in a unique way and ran hundreds of individual executions, every single match across every possible medium. The result: the Men’s World Cup broke T20 Cricket attendance records, and the Women’s final was the most attended female sporting event in Australian history and second of all time globally.
